I founded Olmos Consulting & Management LLC with a clear conviction: strong enrollment outcomes are built through the alignment of people, processes, technology, data, and the family experience.

My leadership experience spans multi-campus enrollment operations, admissions systems, enrollment analytics, customer care, team development, and operational strategy. I help education organizations identify enrollment friction, strengthen staff capabilities, and turn complex processes into practical, measurable improvements.

As a speaker at the 2026 Texas Public Charter Schools Conference, I shared strategies for centralized enrollment and lottery operations, emphasizing operational accountability, actionable data, and the importance of preserving meaningful human connections.
